She was predeceased by: her parents, Kailash Prasad and Om Vati Prasad (Gupta). She is survived by: her spouse Dr. Rakesh Garg; her daughters, Rajnita Gupta of Chicago and Alpna Gupta of Los Angeles, CA; and her siblings, Manjul Gupta (Bhupendra) and Vinod Kumar (Santosh) of India. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
