Peggy Davenport Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Peggy Davenport of Spring Valley, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Peggy left this world on January 28, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Jackson "MJ" and Loraine King (Emmerson). She is survived by: her husband John of Mendota; her children, Bret Davenport (Kristin) of Eagle, WI and Lori Davenport of Spring Valley; her grandchildren, Alex, Kali Strader, Liliana and Collin Davenport; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Bentley Strader; and her sister Rita Blackburn of Spring Valley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Barto Funeral Home (120 W Cleveland St, Spring Valley, IL 61362). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
