He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastian Yerly and Rose Yerly (Braida); and his siblings, Sebastian, Raymond, Richard, Norman, John Yerly, Lila Flannigan, Elaine Micheletti, Darlene Scheri, Norma Jean Moss, Pauldine Reynolds and Rose Schweickert.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; his children, Linda Hancock (Brian) of Scottsdale, AZ, Steven Yerly (Brandy) of McNabb and Gina Ferrari (Ryan) of Spring Valley; his stepdaughters, Lisa Rybarczyk (Tim) of Spring Valley and Renee Wozniak (Doug) of Spring Valley; his grandchildren, Alyssa Guerrieri (Kulpa) of Scottsdale, AZ, Nate Kulpa (Megan) of Scottsdale, AZ, Geno of Spring Valley, Jacob Ferrari of Spring Valley, Cade of Spring Valley, Kierra of Spring Valley, Kennedy Wozniak of Spring Valley, Ty of Spring Valley, Bella Rybarczyk of Spring Valley and Gianni Guerrieri; his sisters, Loraine Swords of Oglesby, Lucille Correll of Aurora, Anna Marie Brown of Hennepin, Lillian Giordano (Jim) of Peru, Donna Lyons (Pat) of Peru and Jeanette Rivara (Rich) of Rt; his close friend Jax; and his grandchildren, Cole Wozniak, Trez Rybarczyk and Donny Yerly.
