He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Spring Valley; his children, Cory Cullinan of Alexandria, VA and Eve Cullinan of Los Angeles, CA; his siblings, Kathy McCook (Greg) of Spring Valley, George Cullinan (Suzan) of Oglesby and Jim Cullinan (Melanie) of Oglesby; and his sister-in-law Julie Pakula (Joe). He is also survived by His wife, siblings, and in-laws.
