She was predeceased by: her parents, John Marquez and Maria Marquez (Salazar). She is survived by: her husband Norman G. Blair; and her children, Chris Blair (Gina) of Spring Valley, Michael Blair (Susan Sebben) of Spring Valley, Ray Blair (Vicky) of Spring Valley and Cindy Jeppson (Paul) of Spring Valley. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.
