She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Gedvilas and Mary Gedvilas (Stanishewski); her husband Joseph T. Urbanski; and her brothers, Peter and Leo Gedvilas.

She is survived by: her niece Kris Husser (Steve) of Ladd.
