She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Martinez and Telvania Martinez (Sirgo); her husband Jim; and her siblings, Mary Bedenko (Carl), Gloria Carroll (Sam), Savina Lemon, Nevis Wayda, Lucille Vaseleski (Ray), Tillie Clift (Bill), Margaret "Joyce" Lindquist (Don), Manuel Martinez (Jenny), Raymond and Joseph Martinez.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Jane Troglio of Spring Valley, IL, James Bezely of Spring Valley, IL, Joseph Bezely (Rhonda) of Ladd, IL, David Bezely (Susan Keaton) of Joliet and Mark Bezely (Linda Marroquin) of Spring Valley, IL.; and her grandsons, Beau, Matthew, Collin, Jacob, Ryan Bezely, Daniel Troglio and Dusty Ulanowski. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Barto Funeral Home (120 W Cleveland St, Spring Valley, IL 61362). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Anthony Church (510 Richard A Mautino Dr, Spring Valley, IL 61362).
Memorials may be directed to Hall High School Athletics, St. Jude Children's Hospital, or Diabetes Research at diabetesaction.org, causes that were very close to her heart.
