He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Douglas and Julia Lee Ward (Maglinger). He is survived by: his wife Jo Evelyn Ward of Princeton; his children, Julia Slaight (Sam) of Ohio, IL, John Ward (Leigh Ann) of Fairbury and Joan Bennett (Gerald) of Spring Valley; and his siblings, Robert Ward (Vera) of Marion, IN and Wilma Hendrix of Evansville, IN.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 6 great- grandchildren.
