He is survived by: his sons, David McCormick (Susan) of Spring Valley, John McCormick (Holly) of Peru and Douglas McCormick (Melissa) of Spring Valley; his grandchildren, Grace, Creed, Reason, Ever, Revel and Jaycee; his siblings, William McCormick of South Bend, Indiana and Jeani Farrell of Ottawa; his stepmother Jane McCormick of Ottawa; and his stepsiblings, Gary Schwerotfeger (Diane) of California and Linda Musallem (Mike) of California.
