He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Cisco and Margaret Cisco (Smay). He is survived by: his wife Frances Cisco; his children, Jamie Crew (Michael), Vallary Ziel (Gary), Michael Jones and Robert Cisco; and his brother Harry Cisco (Mary). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
