She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Gallup and Eleanora Gallup (Schneider); her husband Marvin Skinner; and her son David Meglich. She is survived by: her siblings, Donald Gallup (Jean) of Oglesby, Tom Gallup (Donna) of Tonica, Alice Brown of Peru and Joan Kotewa of Spring Valley. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
