She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvio Bazzani and Frances Bazzani. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Davito of Spring Valley; her daughter Gina Davito of Ketchum, Idaho.; and her brothers, Craig and Rod Bazzani.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Jan's memory.
