He was predeceased by: his grandfather Kevin Wortz; and his uncle Terry Yates. He is survived by: his grandparents, Kathy Wortz of Peru, James and Kathy Sherwood of Streator; his mother Margaret Grush (John) of Hennepin; and his siblings, Cassie Yates of Hennepin and Matthew Grush of Hennepin. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
