He was predeceased by: his parents, James Taylor and Anna Angelina Taylor (Rivara). He is survived by: his grandson Jim; his wife Billie Jean; his children, Elizabeth Dornik (Nick) of Canton, Michigan and Andrew Taylor of Springfield; his grandson Ryan James Dornik of Canton, Michigan; and his siblings, Mary Anne Bolin (late Don) of Yorkville and Charles Taylor (Marie) of Spring Valley. He is also survived by niece, two nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Spring Valley United Church of Christ or OSF Hospice, who cared for Jim the last few days of his life.
