He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert O. Spayer and Catherine Bernice MacLachlan. He is survived by: his former wife Anita Carrier; his son Jason Spayer (Cara Brookins) of Spring Valley; his grandchildren, Eian and Declan; and his sisters, Marjean Lebsock (Robert) of Las Cruces, NM and Sherrie Poremski (Joe) of Lafayette, IN.. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
