It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Simonetta of Spring Valley, Illinois, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 24, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Simonetta and Mary Theresa Simonetta (Cassidy); his aunt Frannie Donahue; and his uncle Tom Cassidy. He is survived by: his wife Marites Caraballe of Spring Valley; his daughter Mary Theresa Simonetta; and his siblings, Teresa Funfsinn of LaSalle, Patricia Piacenti (Merle) of Peru, Pete Simonetta (Mary Ann) of Spring Valley and Russell E. Simonetta (Ryoko) of Japan.
It is kindly requested by the family that everyone attending should please wear a mask.
