He was predeceased by: his parents, Willa Jean and Paul Petry; his brothers, Paul Petry Jr. and Rodney Gene Bryan; and his stepdaughter Nicole Parker.

He is survived by: his children, Robert and Cora Parker; and his siblings, Tom, John, Mark, Bill, Richie and Judie. He is also survived by the five grandchildren.
