We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2020, at the age of 90, Irma Besola of Spring Valley, Illinois, born in Ahmeek, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jurmu and Sigred Jurmu; her husband Melvin Besola; and her siblings, James Jurmu, Elaine Carpenter and Nancy Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Scott Besola (Rachel) of Spring Valley and Kathie Lahde of Appleton, Wisconsin; her sister Ruth Uitto of South Carolina; and her grandchildren, Ashley Lahde, Samantha Lahde, Riley Besola and Danielle Heess. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
