She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Gorisek and Bernice Gorisek (Safranski); and her son John Regina III. She is survived by: her husband John L. Regina Jr.; her daughters, Bernice Albin (Richard) of Omaha, NE and Nancy Goggil (Dana) of Ray City, GA; her grandchildren, Joshua Maggio, Ryan Miller, Gabriel Van Buren, Gracie Goggil and Jake Opsal; and her great grandchild Semblance Miller. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
