We are sad to announce that on November 20, 2020, at the age of 87, Elveta Milby of Spring Valley, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Wayne and Juanita Weger (Piercy); her husband James Milby; and her daughter Wanda Morrison. She is survived by: her children, Beverly Hoyt of LaSalle, James Milby of Peoria, Thomas Milby (Beth) of Oglesby, Fern Milby of Spring Valley, Fred Milby of LaSalle, Bobby Milby of Oglesby and Jeff Milby of Peru; and her siblings, Mary Pruett (Ron) of Smithville, MO, Linda Clayburn of Estro, FL and Chester Weger of Chicago. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
