She is survived by: her children, Wade Gerbitz (Brenda) of Malden and Stacy Gerbitz of La Salle; her grandchildren, Megan Gerbitz, Kendell Gerbitz, Luke Forney (Cassie), Landon Forney, Logan Forney, Hannah Forney and Hailey Forney; her great grandchild Brayden Forney; her close friends, Bob Jennings of Streator and Carol Fox of Rock Falls; her sister Lucille Warfield (Milton); and her pet Sammy.
