He is survived by: his children, Jenah, McKenna, Maelie and Carson Jermenc; his grandchildren, Oakley and Jaxson; his sister Jeanine Crockett; his nephew Ryan Edward Crockett; his niece Baely DiRenzo (Nick); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cooper and Griffin.
