He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Fultz and Dorothy Fultz (Eckstrom); his wife Janet Pendarvis; and his sister Margie Davis. He is survived by: his sons, Tom Fultz (Jennifer) of Malden and Jeff Fultz (Lisa) of Ohio, Illinois; his sister Carol Johnson (Lyle) of Roy, Utah; and his close friend Sandra Stebbins of Spring Valley. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; 1 great granddaughter.
