She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Callahan and Harry Callahan; her husband Harold; her children, Margaret, Kenny Bauer and Danny Tastad; her grandchildren, Dustin and Britiny; and her great grandchild Hunter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Barhum (Jeff) of Tonica and Melissa Zwart of Streator; her siblings, Patricia Robinson of Ottawa, Ramona "Pete" Loeffler of Peru, Cindy Kennedy of Spring Valley, Claudette Judy of Peru, Norma Foltyniewicz (Bill) of Oglesby, Gloria "Dee Dee" Owens of Utica, Sherry Bowne of Texas, Carmen Hill of Peru and Harry Callahan (Janice) of Streator; and her granddaughters, Tabbitha and Amanda. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Horner-Merritt Funeral Home (800 Monroe St, Mendota, IL 61342). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
