He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Vysocky and Vivian Vysocky (Sulski); and his brother Lyle Vysocky. He is survived by: his wife Mary J. Vysocky of Spring Valley; his daughter Amanda Forrest (Terry) of Henry; and his grandchildren, Morgan and Jacob Forrest.
