She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lentz and Mary Lentz (Nagle); her husband Ronald Turner; and her brothers, Christian and Roddy Lentz.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Greg Fandel of Spring Valley; her children, Dustin Davis (Emily) of Spring Valley and Kristen Lentz (Michael Limberg) of LaSalle; her grandchildren, Aiden, Patrick, Kaelyn, Avery, Liana and Bryce; and her brother Dain Merganthalor (Janine) of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending services are kindly asked to wear face coverings and follow social distancing guidelines.
