She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Stevens and Elsie Stevens (Hart); her siblings, Ronald, James, Gerald Stevens, Carol Hernandez, Linda and Bonnie Stevens; and her nephew Jeremy Stevens.
She is survived by: her sisters, Joanne McCullough of LaSalle, Donna Girard of Ottawa and Judy Swiskoski (Dale) of Peru. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
