It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beatrice Verucchi of Spring Valley, Illinois, who passed away on November 19, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecilia Marenda and Ignatius Marenda; her grandson Marco Verucchi; her son Jack Verucchi; her husband Arthur Verucchi (Buzzy); her son-in-law Jimmy DeAngelo; and her siblings, Raymond, Leonard Marenda, Lorraine Marinangeli and Mary Louise Bernardini.
She is survived by: her children, Dick Verucchi (Dawn) of Peru, Barb DeAngelo of Spring Valley, Mary Heuser (Frank) of Spring Valley, Paula Tomsha (Mark) of Peru, Tricia Carls (Jerry) of Spring Valley, Tom Verucchi (Jenelle) of Huntington Beach, Beth Yerly (Bruce) of Spring Valley, Arthur Verucchi (Annette) of Spring Valley and Joanie Crump (Brad) of Verona, Wisconsin. She is also survived by her 33 grandchildren; 50 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Perfectly Flawed Foundation and Horizon House.
