He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Boyd of Round Lake, IL and Jennifer Slay (Eric); his grandchildren, Gwyndol Stockwell (Josh) of Shorewood, WI, Lorlei, Eva, Ashly and Hailee Slay; and his cousin Janet Hoffmeister (Steve) of Brookfield, WI. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
