He is survived by: his wife Carol Teichman; his children, Margaret Koren of Chicago, IL, Kellie Koren of Chicago, IL, Robert and Bobby; his sister Nancy Sloan (Fred) of Cottage Grove, WI; his nieces and nephews, Barrett Smith (Tabitha) of St. Louis, MO, Robert Sloan (Pam) of Wisconsin and Heidi Englebert (Drew) of Wisconsin; and his great-nephews, Conner and Will. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
