He was predeceased by: his parents, August Usterbowski and Laura Usterbowski (Kuberski). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Dzialo; his daughters, Kim Bell (late James) and Kristine Casey (Woody Swain); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Morgan (Russell) and Joseph Mesnard; his great grandchild Kyle Reese Mesnard; and his sister-in-law Nancy Usterbowski (late Dale). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
