He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mucek and Lorraine Mucek (Cascio); and his brother-in-law Jim Urbaszewski. He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn Latocha; his children, Randall Mucek (Xiao) and Karen Fitzgerald (Scott); his grandchildren, Alexander, Christopher Mucek, Grace and Scottie Fitzgerald; his brother Bradley Mucek; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Urbaszewski (John Gebhardt) and Joe Latocha (Eileen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restriction, everyone attending is required to wear a mask and practice safe social distancing while attending services.
