He is survived by: his parents, Paige Diaz and Tiffany Diaz; his grandparents, Patty Crandall (Marty), Michael Bockhorst, Janice Tillotson and Orlando Diaz (Olga); his great-grandparents, Sue Kapp (Allen) and John Tillotson (Roberta); his aunt Dionne Vega; his uncle Tito Diaz; and his godparents, Tito Diaz and Kathryn Tillotson.
