He was predeceased by : his parents, Wesley Kick and Frances Kick; his brother Kelly Kick; and his niece Krystal Kick. He is survived by : his wife Janene; his son Kody; his siblings, Kevin, Katie and Kerri Kick; and his pets, Capone and Sky.
