He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kolff and Alene Kolff. He is survived by: his girlfriend Cindy Appleby; his sons, Keith and Steven Kolff; his stepchildren, Robert (Ashley) and Kathy Appleby; his stepgrandchildren, Zach, Hailey and Isabella; his brothers, Geno (Marie), Kenneth (late Dee Dee) and Johnny Kolff (Sandra); and his nieces and nephews, Nicole, Brad, John, Deanna, Chris, Samantha, Telisa and Eric.
