He is survived by: his parents, Frank Johnson and Linda Johnson (Waldo); his wife Kim; his children, Nathaniel, Hannah and Olivia Johnson; his grandchildren, Evelyn Lardy and Troy Johnson; his siblings, Jory Lynn (Mike), Jeremy and Jacob Johnson (Kerri); and his parent-in-law Thomas Lomas (Susan). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
