He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James D. Griffin and Patricia Griffin (Fitzmaurice); his wife Emily D. Griffin; his daughters, Melissa Ryan and Cindy; his stepson Clayton W. Collison, III; his siblings, Patty, Kathy, Tim and John; and his former wife Eileen Griffin (Stanek).
