It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Leslie Nelson (Spring Grove, Illinois), who passed away on August 17, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Lucreta Nelson (Cooper); his wife Noreen Rankins; his children, Brent Nelson (April), Jason Nelson (Bethany), Cassandra Nelson and Aaron Nelson (Kathryn); his brothers, Eric Nelson (Beverly) and Chester G. Nelson (Linda); his father Chester H. Nelson; and his brother-in-law Duane Rankins. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
