He is survived by: his wife Debra Chirchirillo; his son Michael Czaplicki (Caroline); his grandchildren, Lyla and Everett; his brothers, James Czaplicki (Karen) and Curt Czaplicki (Robin); and his nephews, Patrick Czaplicki (Crystal) and Peter Czaplicki (Kristen).
