We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2019, at the age of 48, Todd A. Sparks (Speer, Illinois), born in Pekin, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Kim Danler; his father William Sparks; his stepmother Frances Sparks of Chillicothe; his son Michael Sparks (Amanda) of Speer; his grandson Levi Sparks of Speer; and his sister Kim Jamieson (William) of Forest City.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Brain Injury Association of America, PO Box 7416, Merrifield, VA 2216-7416.
