He was predeceased by: his parents, Luca Manzullo and Zeta Manzullo (Strickland); his brother Louis Manzullo; his son-in-law Matthew Collins; and his father-in-law James Bowlby.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Manzullo (Bowlby) of Sparta, IL; his daughters, Mindy Collins of Pensacola, FL, Melissa Brooks (Jamie) of Sparta, IL and Marci Wilkes (Tim) of Sparta, IL; his grandchildren, Cameron Wilkes, Alexis Kempfer, Aleysha "Nikki" Kempfer, Ashley Kempfer, Lucas Brooks and Isabella Brooks; his great grandchild Kyrie Kempfer; his siblings, Frank Manzullo of Chester, IL, Rita Slaughter (Tom) of Pekin, IL and Annie Wilkerson of Chester, IL; his siblings-in-law, J. D. Bowlby of Sparta, IL, Jeff Bowlby (Jane) of Sparta, IL, Kathy Loucks (Rusty) of Sparta, IL, Shari Yankey (Mike) of Ellis Grove, IL and Lisa Stirnaman (Mark) of Waterloo, IL; and his mother-in-law Peggy Bowlby of Sparta, IL..
