It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas L. McIntosh of Sparta, Illinois, born in West Frankfort, Illinois, who passed away on November 23, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aston "Bud" and Fairy Dare McIntosh; and his wife Gayla O'Neal. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Forsythe of Lenzburg, IL, Michael McIntosh (Lori) of Sparta, IL and Tony McIntosh (Mary) of Detroit, MI; and his grandchildren, Makayla Lappin, Austin Goodman, Ryan Wittenborn, Tyler Wittenborn, Nicohel Russell and Kyle McIntosh. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
Due to executive orders, current COVID guidelines will be followed.
