He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos John William and Ruth Marie Gerlach (Stevenson). He is survived by: his wife Judith Gerlach (Smith) of Sparta, IL; his children, Catherine Gerlach (Markus Keller) of Chicago, IL and Steven Christopher Gerlach (Aimee Zygmonski) of Felton, CA; and his granddaughters, Stella Ruth Gerlach of Felton, CA and Louisa Luna Gerlach of Felton, CA. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
