She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Ehlers and Clara Hornbostel Ehlers; her spouse Oran Dale Welty; her daughter Vanda Welty; and her siblings, Wilbert, Ernest, Jr., Leroy, Ferdinand, Helen Wilson and Esther.
She is survived by: her foster daughter Thelma Winkelman of Sparta, IL; her granddaughters, Andrea Johnson (Walter) of Sparta, IL and Nicole Krack (Lance) of Red Bud, IL; her great grandchildren, Alexandria McFadden, Trevor Johnson, Nolan and Jackson Krack; and her brothers, Ray Ehlers of Carbondale, IL, Roy Ehlers of Campbell Hill, IL and Melvin Ehlers of Campbell Hill, IL.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to executive order, face masks must be worn, and social guidelines must be followed.
