She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Paul and Emily Irene Hood (Morgan); her husband William John Lively; her daughter Emily Marie Lively; her grandson William O'Donnell; her brothers, Richard "Dick" Hood and Larry Ray Hood; and her siblings-in-law, Harry Lively and Lois Ann (Dale Heggemeier).
She is survived by: her children, William Lively (Vicki) of Eldorado, IL, Brenda O'Donnell of Mount Pleasant, SC, Cinda Lively of Sparta, IL and Melissa Poppie (Gabriel) of Hinsdale, IL; her grandchildren, Christy Haynes (Neal) of Marion, IL, Autumn Hooper (Clint) of Eldorado, IL, Jason Lively (Jackie) of Linwood, KS, Jessica Nance (Dave) of Wichita Falls, TX, Joseph O'Donnell and Beckett Poppie of Hinsdale, IL; her sister Judy Coke (Lonnie) of Coulterville, IL; and her siblings-in-law, Pearl Lively of Coulterville, IL and Benjamin Wheeles (Sharon) of Brownstown, IN. She is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and cousins.
