Though Melba may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley McMaster and Fleta McMaster (Finely); and her brother-in-law Jerome Prest. She is survived by: her sister Phyllis Prest of Sparta, IL; her nephews, Dwayne Prest of Sparta, IL and Gary Prest (Samantha) of Pinckneyville, IL; and her niece Bonnie Kane (Rick) of Coulterville, IL. She is also survived by her 3 great nephews, 6 great nieces, 5 great great nephews and a great great niece.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hill Prairie Cemetery.
