She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Harlan and Lillie Baysinger (Roberts); and her husband John Edward Fozard. She is survived by: her children, Gayle Jean North (Mark) of Sparta and Dr. J. Gregg Fozard (Karen) of Pinckneyville; her grandchildren, Erin Hausmann (Nicholas), Andrew Fozard (Kristi), Mitchell North (Sarah), Eric North (Casey), Audree Keele (Lon) and Kirk Dauksch (Heather); and her great grandchildren, Zoey, Noah Hausmann, Jackson, Anna Fozard, Lincoln, Harrison Keele, Kelsey Hamm, Austin Hamm, Thomas North, Cecilia North, Harrison North and Calvin North.
