It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine Coke of Sparta, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on October 1, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her mother Fay Sumner (Stout); her children, Jennifer Brown (Josh), Tina Womack (Steve), Bucky Buskirk (Courtney), Cindy Hamon (Terry), Lori Coke and Johnnie Coke, III; her siblings, Fay Gabriel, May Batemen (Ted), Chris Mezel (Brian), Tina Frazer (Richard), Mark Gabriel (Sammy), Tommy Gabriel, Bruce Gabriel, Tammy Gabriel and Charles Sumner (Susan); her grandchildren, Maci Blanford, Darwin Broussard, Devin Vanvlack, Brendon Vanvlack, Cassie Bodendieck, Emilyn Hoffman, Lucas Buskirk, Carley Taylor, Camden Taylor, Ava Coke, Riley Hamon, Jaxson Stacy and Trinity Stacy; and her great grandchildren, Aubri and Luna Blanford. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
