It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lavera M. Biermann (Sparta, Illinois), who passed away on January 1, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer and Alma; and her siblings, Viola Koch and Omer Hornbostel. She is survived by: her husband Ralph Ferd Biermann; her children, Connie Kirkland, Donna Eaton (Steve) of Sparta and Danny Biermann (Regenna) of Marion; her sister Ruby Ernsting (Earl) of Percy; and her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Vogel of Ava, Lucille Vanhoy (Harold) of Red Bud and Shirley Hornbostel of Percy. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 12 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family wishes that Christ's love continue to be spread through memorials to the St. Mark's Lutheran Church, St. Mark's Lutheran School, or Vitas Hospice.
