He was predeceased by: his parents, William Goddard and Mildred Bernice Goddard (Macke). He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Goddard of Sparta, IL; his children, Laura Owens (Lonnie) of Athens, AL, Michael D. Goddard of Sparta, IL and Richard Goddard (Lisa) of Sparta, IL.; and his brothers, Ron Goddard of Marion, KY. and Edward Schwartz of Sparta, IL.. He is also survived by Ten Grandchildren and Four Great Grandchildren.
By executive orders, facemask and social distancing guidelines will be required.
Memorials may be given to Loyalty Missionary Baptist Church.
